TYPO3 Eastern Europe — Day 2
Day 2 was preceded by the main party in the Hugo café located in TheOffice. As usual free drinks and traditional Romanian tapas were a good basis for this social event. What made it even more outstanding is the finals of the TYPO3 games. The remaining 6 teams engaged in a ‘explode the balloon’ contest, where the team had 2 minutes time to explode as many balloons as possible.
The 3 remaining teams battled for the final place in a karaoke sing-off on Queens ‘We Are The Champions’. Team Four Square was the undisputed winner.
Day 2
Day 2 was divided into two tracks. The T3rookies session started the second day in the main room. The T3rookies initiative consists of students and young people seeking apprenticeship, training and education in the TYPO3 world. A number of camps have been organised this year for instance at AOE in Wiesbaden and Arxia in Romania. All these camps were highlighted briefly during the session.
The last session of the morning was a great overview by Natalie Klinke of the activities of the marketing team. She pointed out that it is important that the marketing team grows. There is room for growth. There are many tasks to be done. Natalie also showed the upcoming marketing sprint, taking place from November 16–18.
Afternoon sessions dealt with marketing efficiency and building startups. Patrick Broens held the last session with a general question and answer on all things TYPO3.
Everyone met for a last goodbye part at the Euphoria Biergarten.
Conclusion
T3EE is an event with very diverse attendees and excels in fun and friendliness. This years event was even more special with having coffee breaks and games between the sessions, which provided excellent impromptu socialising opportunities. We are looking forward to the 5th anniversary of T3EE and having more people join this awesome event.
